About Me
I would like to introduce myself and my company to you as a local resource for machining services that you may need.
My name is Adam Daub and I have worked in the industry for over 40 years and grew up learning about it in my family's machine shops, as well as various job shops in the Northwest. I am a highly skilled certified Washington State Journeyman Machinist with a diverse background. I have worked in many different industries including Marine, Aviation and Electronics fields.
I am skilled in the machining of production parts, small batch quantities, single parts, Research & Development parts, Tool & Die including multi punch and pierce with some coining and fine blanking background, holding extremely tight tolerances. I have extensive knowledge with machine repairs remaking broken parts as well as maintenance and diagnostics. I am very skilled at design and building custom parts for hot rods, farming or machining industries. I also do custom tooling, fixture building and design for production or inspection needs as well as building needed shop tools and fabrication.
I have a full complement of machines and support equipment to accomplish most projects. I also have good local contacts for equipment I may not have but are essential to completing any job.
I am detail oriented, organized and keep a clean shop. My machines are well cared for and very accurate.
I am proficient working with all types of ferrous and non-ferrous metals as well as exotic metals.
I can work off of ANSI-Y14.5 drawings utilizing GD&T, as well as bar napkins.
I am a one-person machine shop located just South of Spokane, Washington with full-service machining capabilities, able to serve the entire Northwest.
